Benji's premiere

So while I wait for my state permit, having gotten my county permit, I've rented a backhoe and am doing the excavation on the lot. As you can see, I've regrown my mustache. Driving back from Delaware, I didn't shave for three days, so when it was time to shave again, I decided not to shave my upper lip.

The funny thing about building this house, it was Gail's plan for what I would do next, but since it didn't happen on her time frame (she wanted me to start it before I finished the other one) she now is benefitting, with a beautiful house I built and I am camping out in a 30 year old motorhome.

        And on it goes.  Who knows whether Gail is running things or her lawyer’s accountant is calling the shots so he makes the most possible money, but the ongoing thing is that they continue to do things to try to screw me over the most by pretending to make agreements and then dumping them at the last minute in an apparent attempt to try to get a better advantage.  My lawyer had made arrangements with her lawyer that there would be settlement mediation, and that in the meantime they would provide us with the financial information that they had been supposed to hand over last October.  And just like the agreement that her lawyer made with my previous lawyer to drop the domestic violence, he has now reneged on the settlement conference agreement and asked to go directly to hearing without providing the financial info or having mediation.  My lawyer is dumfounded, just like my previous lawyer was dumfounded the last time this happened.  But it must be okay, because Gail apparently insists that she is doing all this so we can both be happier.  I think it must be some kind of fake blonde joke.

            I don’t expect any response from you, because I don’t know what to say myself, but especially given her ongoing efforts to keep you in “her” family while throwing me out, I wanted to let you know what the current situation is.
